pleasant stafffaulty heater
The staff was pleasant.
THE heater did not work properly. Therefore, the room was uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. This made it difficult to relax or sleep well. I found this unacceptable. I expected better temperature control.

Upon arrival, the entrance was immaculate. The hallway was pristine clean. My room had soft clean towels and a spotlessly clean bathroom and shower. The staff were pretty good.
The heater was not on, so the room was constantly cold.

Fantastic Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable

The staff gave me a warm welcome at arrival. The entrance was pristine, and the hallway was super clean. I found soft, clean towels in my very clean room. The bed was comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept in.
The single room was quite small I wished it was slightly larger.
