a seaside dream
helpful staff sea view real flowers
the staff were very helpful , and the view of the sea and pier from the balcony was amazing. real flowers graced the balcony , a thoughtful touch. breakfast in bed was fairly priced and readily available. parking was available, simplifying our travel arrangements.
the corridors on the top floor showed wear , affecting the overall ambiance.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff plentiful breakfast quality toiletries late-night bar
The staff was friendly. They were really good too help with any requests. breakfast was amazing and plentiful. the room included nice touches such as refreshments and quality toiletries. i had a great time at the hotel bar, which stayed open until 2am.
the street outside was quite busy and noisy, so light sleepers might consider bringing earplugs.

The hotel is situated very close to a popular venue. It is approximately a ten minute walk. this proximity makes it a convenient option for those attending events there. being near the water, one can easily access the beach and nearby attractions.

the marvellous room was everything was super clean and offered great views of the beach and pier. the provided bath products felt luxurious, similar to those in a spa. the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night.

The breakfast was delicious (i really enjoyed the pastries!). Staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the television. The room had toiletries from 'Green & Spring'.
The room lacked a mini-fridge.

lovely seafront indulgence
attentive staff sea view tasty options
I found the staff very attentive. They addressed all my needs quickly. the room overlooked the sea and featured lovely amenities such as quality toiletries. breakfast presented many tasty options and the service was good.
The street outside proved to be a bit noisy with constant traffic. Closing the windows was necessary to diminish the noise level. i wish there was better soundproofing.

adequate stay, some issues
musty smell slow wi-fi
the staff was generally helpful when available, a welcome aspect.
The room i was in was disappointing. It had a musty smell. also, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There were hairs in the shower drain and a visible grime buildup. the wi-fi was consistently slow.

The location was great. Staff members were pleasant and attentive.
Our room wasn't great. It was small. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too large. I struggled to sleep well.

the room offered a king size bed with soft linens. a telescope sat near the window, perfect for observing the sea..
