Comfortable and well-kept
clean roomcomfy mattressluxurious towels
My double room was clean. The mattress was very comfy and i slept well. The towels felt quite luxurious and were the best EVER. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my short stay.
I would have appreciated air conditioning in the room though.

The room was tidy. It was acceptable for a short stay.
I was really disappointed by the malfunctioning heater. The room became uncomfortably cold. the noise from outside disrupted my sleep at night. i found a stain on the bathroom floor. It was disgusting

the location was very good for plumpton races. the staff were excellent and helpful. breakfast was varied and good. there was a good choice of cooked food, fruit, cereals and pastries. plenty of easy parking was available.
