the shuttle service to the parks was quick. early park admission was also a great perk. i found a variety of takeout food options in the big store inside the hotel. delicious pizza was available through room delivery.

The hotel provides free shuttle services to Universal CityWalk. I appreciated the quick and easy access. The room upgrade to a suite was AMAZING!!! The suite featured a nice vanity area equipped with two sinks. I found the beds comfy.
The room decor was quite basic. I thought it could have been a little more inviting.

one day, my room was not cleaned. it took over an hour to check in initially. large parties filled the hotel lounge, with people sleeping on the floor when i tried to relax.

i was grateful for the frequent and modern bus service to the parks. the whole hotel was very clean. i especially liked the excellent pool area..
the check-in took over an hour. it was a very long wait after a tiring journey. i think more staff at peak times could solve this.
