amazing servicebeach pool
i found the rooms very super clean and cozy. kids enjoyed the beach pool after a day at the parks. concierge service was amazing it saved us so much time finding places to eat and getting reservations.
the hotel sometimes had difficulty printing or emailing a full bill statement.

The room was spacious (more than i thought it would be!). i appreciated the short walk to the boat dock. access to early park admission and fast pass. having dinner at mama della's was great. The service was excellent.
the hotel staff did not contact me about moving rooms after i reported water damage. this was disappointing.

i purchased hhn t-shirts and lanyards from the onsite universal shop. the service was excellent at the shop. i found this very helpful as i prepared for my visit to the parks
i noticed the fitness center ads seemed inaccurate. getting there involved navigating many hallways on multiple floors and taking several elevators. the gym was not excellent and seemed rather disappointing
