The staff were friendly and efficient. the swimming pool and hot tub were great. My daughter loved them!
the room was really hot because of the sun through the windows. there was no air conditioning, and it was uncomfortable.

i found the staff very approachable and efficient at check-in, offering assistance with directions. the room had several convenient features like a well-stocked minibar and readily available extra pillows. the breakfast selection offered a wide range of options , i especially appreciated the fresh fruit.
parking required an unexpected additional fee.

The staff were cute and ready to assist. My room was clean. I observed a shower robe was provided in the room. The closeness to almost every beautiful site to visit in the city was a plus. I had a very stress free check in on arrival late at night.
The car park was awkward to locate, and the sat nav directed me to the front door overlooking the quayside. Spaces were very tight.

Breakfast had many options available, and the restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel offers a great restaurant on site. The bar staff were wonderful and provided great service.

The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to many amenities. It's a ten-minute walk to the hms unicorn and v & a museum. hms discovery and shackleton's cross museum is beside v & a museum.

The service throughout was excellent, and the staff were cheerful. Ewelina and lyndsey provided a fantastic welcome. They are cute and friendly, and nothing is too much bother, so they go above and beyond.

fantastic choiceperfect location
The breakfast had a fantastic choice. The location worked well for visiting friends and the Komono exhibition at the V and a which was literally round the corner.
i was NOT happy that you have to pay a charge of 6.50 a night to park your car when you're paying enough for a room
