Check-in was quick. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfasts were excellent..
My room was very small. Two adults could barely sleep without accidentally kicking each other. The bathroom door was not closing properly without force.

noisy car park excessive cost
The room overlooked a REALLY noisy car park. Every morning, the sounds of cars arriving disrupted any chance of a lie-in. I thought the cost of food at the restaurant was excessive. Elsewhere on Skye, I had an excellent meal for £80, but here, paying the SAME price for just two main dishes reminded me of a rip-off.

a tender getaway

kindness smile food taste peace painting beautiful view
my heart found rest in this hotels embrace. the staff showed kindness, they smiled with warmth. the food tasted like love and the location was a painting of peace. a beautiful view was something i found.
i think the shower pressure was a bit low, but it wasnt too bad.

the cottage offered ample space, a refuge of gentle comfort. i saw the decor had soft tones, very beautiful, and it soothed my soul. the bed was like a cloud, i slept very well.

the grounds included benches perfectly placed for admiring the panorama. paths wandered through blooming flora and whispered sweet nothings. the landscape seemed to breathe peace, i enjoyed it so much.

a little disappointed with some aspects

small room faulty door
i was a bit frustrated . our room was quite small, and it felt cramped. the bathroom door didn't close properly unless i used a lot of force, annoying. the price seemed very high considering the limited space and the faulty door.

cheap flooring worn carpet
the food was good. the staff was very friendly.
the room i got was not worth the money. the flooring seemed cheap, and the hallway carpet looked worn. the view from the room was of the kitchen vent stack, not what i expected for that price.
