The location is excellent, close to Gare Montparnasse. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a great choice (i especially liked the pastries).

working orderstrong odoruninterested staff
the room was clean and everything seemed to be in working order. we did not use the ac but did open the window to get some fresh air.
the entrance had a very strong odor. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting with issues. there were a couple of problems with my room, but nobody tried to fix them. i left feeling quite disappointed by the lack of attention.
