a good stay
convenient location well-equipped kitchen shared courtyard
the location was excellent it was close to the metro and bus lines i found getting around very convenient the room had a nice layout it included a well-equipped small kitchen which i used to prepare some meals there was also a shared courtyard i spent time in.
the check-in experience was a little confusing i received multiple emails with slightly different information which led to a moment of uncertainty upon arrival.

the standard double room had a modern design with neutral colors and hardwood floors the bed had high-quality linens and multiple pillows there was also a small seating area with a comfortable armchair and a coffee table.

the hotel is situated on a quiet street away from the main tourist areas this provided a peaceful atmosphere at night a metro station is a short walk away this offers easy access to various parts of the city and its attractions.

the hotel offers a virtual concierge service this allowed me to ask questions and receive assistance via email before and housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard the staff responded promptly to my inquiries.

small room no reception
the room felt shockingly small, nothing like the pictures. also, i had to ask twice about towel changes after four nights, and no one responded. there is no reception readily available, a major drawback.

small room plumbing issue
The location seemed fine. A short walk to the metro was acceptable.
The room was shockingly small. The pictures deceived me. i felt cramped like a sardine in a tin. there also was a serious plumbing issue, and it was not promptly resolved.

A Romantic Parisian Escape
simple design interior garden
The room was newly refurbished with a simple design. The fridge and coffee machine were a nice touch.
I had to ask for an iron three times before they brought it two days later. I had to go out unironed. The toilet was leaking and it started leaking again next morning.

The location has fancy bistros and bakeries nearby. I especially appreciated the bakery on the end of the road, the prices were amazing and staff were lovely. There are many shops and restaurant options around too.

Contact persons are very responsive and helpful. The reception did everything possible to help with my room reservation. The communication with the host is fluent. I thank them for all the help.
