The breakfast was excellent. It included a wide variety of food options. the hotel location was very convenient, allowing quick access to different areas. the staff was polite, especially at the restaurants.

Mariem and Mohammed were so lovely. I really enjoyed the food. The services and the overall atmosphere of the hotel are commendable. Qamar from guest relations helped me get a pool view room (I really wanted that!). Hannah also checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and offered assistance. The check-in process was efficient.
There was a slight delay in getting an extra blanket (it arrived after an hour).

The swimming pools were beautiful and well maintained. The hotel offers high security service. The room was quite tidy, with great attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast at Straight Kitchen was good. The Bake Cafe is a very pleasant place. The green apple mojito is delicious (I recommend it!).

The breakfast service from straight kitchen was good. i managed to try a lot of local dishes. intercontinental choices were also available. special mention for kareem as a lovely host. He provided great service.
The rooms furniture IS old. It did not meet my expectations. the room was not clean. the ac fan WAS noisy.
