Mariem and Mohammed were so lovely. I really enjoyed the food. The services and the overall atmosphere of the hotel are commendable. Qamar from guest relations helped me get a pool view room (I really wanted that!). Hannah also checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and offered assistance. The check-in process was efficient.
There was a slight delay in getting an extra blanket (it arrived after an hour).

The swimming pools were beautiful and well maintained. The hotel offers high security service. The room was quite tidy, with great attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast service from straight kitchen was good. i managed to try a lot of local dishes. intercontinental choices were also available. special mention for kareem as a lovely host. He provided great service.
The rooms furniture IS old. It did not meet my expectations. the room was not clean. the ac fan WAS noisy.
