discriminatory behaviorarrogant waiters
One female waiter did not smile during the entire meal. Water was served at every table except ours. A service charge was included with our bill, yet I fail to understand what service we actually received.

the location is really convenient, especially with timely airport transfers. the food was good in la passage. the staff are accommodating, i really appreciated that.
the rooms felt stuffy, and i noticed a faint old smell, perhaps from the carpet. i asked to change rooms because of it. even after changing, the stuffiness persisted, a bit disappointing.

wonderful airport hotel stay!

this hotel is fantastic the staff were attentive and efficient i had a late business meeting i booked at the last minute the hotel provided everything needed i seemed like i booked months in advance the service was professional it really stood out to me.
the internet was weak sometimes i wish it was stronger.

the room was comfy it was also bright the room was spacious it was a relaxing space after my travels i really enjoyed the layout and decor it really contributed to a relaxing stay.

the hotel is close to the airport there is a free shuttle i appreciated this it made my transit easy i also found the hotel easy to access from the main roads that was a plus for me.

the staff are friendly they are so helpful i felt very welcomed by everyone i encountered the staff were attentive to my needs the service was prompt and helpful i couldn't have asked for more.

there is a free airport shuttle i found this very useful they also offered late check out at 2pm i was really grateful for that the pillow and bed were good i slept really well.
