the location felt heavenly , right on the beach , ideal for serene strolls. a tropical garden awaited inside , complete with a soothing waterfall , such a beautiful sight. the lagoon pool presented beautiful views , a perfect spot to relax and dream.
i noticed the staff were not always attentive , a small detail but significant. there was no drink list available at happy hour , limiting choices. refilling dishes at the lounge felt slow , a minor inconvenience to note.

unreserved attentiongenerous smiledark bottle
all the staff gave unreserved attention and care. they offered generous smiles . i really appreciated the security, front desk, housekeeping, and dining areas. also, i am happy with some non-uniformed staff carrying handsets.
the toiletries for washing and bathing had dark bottles. the wordings on the bottles were near impossible to read. this made it difficult to identify each bottle.
