a charmed experience near the airport

attentive staff reading light lobby decor

The staff showed great kindness. even the entrance gate attendant was hardworking and attentive to guests. i also appreciated the reading light on the wall. It allowed me to read without disturbing my partner's sleep after a long flight. the lobby decor looked beautiful.

i called the front desk three times, but the noise did not stop.

broken telephone loud air conditioning

the staff were great and the free airport shuttle worked well. it met my expectations for a quick transit hotel.

i was disappointed with the condition of the room. the telephone was broken and the air conditioning was loud. it made sleeping very difficult. the room decor seemed like it had not been updated since the hotel was built.
