The staff provided excellent service. Tania at the reception stood out. She offered excellent guidance about the area and was always eager to assist with a smile. I appreciated her helpfulness. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. The facilities were clean.

i had a very convenient experience. the tram stop was just nearby, and several restaurants were within easy reach. it was a simple walk to several museums. the staff were nice and always available to assist with inquiries and directions. the breakfast options offered a good start to the day.

the room was small, and i hit my leg on the bed while trying to walk inside. i now have a scar.
