convenient location friendly staff bluetooth speaker small room worn paint hallway refresh
the location is convenient, close to shops and the central station. the staff members were very friendly. rooms had thoughtfully designed features, including bluetooth music speakers. the waterfall shower was quite nice.
the room was smaller than expected for three people. only one person could comfortably use the bathroom at a time. the paintwork showed wear, indicating it needed refreshing. communal hallways also needed some updating.

The location is superb. i used the birthday package. It was a lovely touch. the facilities in the room were very good. staff provided some excellent lunch recommendations. These proved perfect!
the room was smaller than i had imagined, especially for the number of guests, though it was clean.

the location provides very easy access to transport links, with the central station within a short walk or by tram, which stops nearly at the door, and the dam is only a short walk away.

the coffee machine in the room was a good addition, offering convenient access to hot beverages. complimentary water and soft drinks are provided in the room. the provision of a hairdryer and coffee maker met basic needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful when i had questions. This contributed positively! chris on reception greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. staff recommendations for lunch proved perfect.

my fairytale stay
clean room modern detail soft bedding considerate touch
the room was super clean with modern details. the bedding was softest and most luxurious i ever touched. the shower had excellent water pressure, it soothed my travel-weary soul. ear plugs were provided because there is a coffee shop nearby, a considerate touch.
the room was tiny. it was difficult to have all my luggage open at once.

the location was central to everything i wanted to see. i could easily walk to various attractions and shops from the hotel. the room had modern fixtures and a design. the breakfast included various options.
the room had small windows. this made the room a bit dark during the day. i would have liked more natural light.

the location was great. the staff was friendly and professional. the room i booked (beautiful triple room) was clean and well-kept.
the stairs and corridors were quite narrow. there wasn't enough space to hang coats and jackets in the room. the coffee shop across the street had a strong smell, noticeable.
