mixed feelings about this hotel

friendly staffsmall roomcooling system
the staff were friendly and cute, which i appreciated.
I was disappointed with the room. It was small. the shower took a long time to get hot, and there was a noise from the cooling system in the next room that kept me awake all night. i reported it, but they only offered a smaller, colder room after saying they were full.

My room was noisy during the evening. I heard lots of banging noises. These noises came from chairs being moved on the outside seating area above the room.
