the location is good. i had access to both luxurious malls and a popular fashion market. the breakfast was great (especially the noodles!). i found the food delicious.
the air conditioning caused me some trouble. it was an issue from arrival to departure over 4 days. i contacted them more than once (it was quite annoying). their response to the problem was poor, so i hope they will fix this issue soon.

Really good Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet featured a great selection. It was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, they ensured a comfortable stay. The pool area was particularly well-kept, I found it a relaxing space. I felt the hotel provided excellent value for the money.
The air conditioning in the room blew directly at the bed. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably without catching a cold. I hope they can adjust the AC or move the bed in future rooms.

The Family Room provided ample space for everyone. This. The bathroom featured modern fixtures and plenty of room, it included a separate shower. There was also a free mini bar availablewith a selection of beverages.

The hotel staff are attentive and friendly. They offer prompt assistance to all guests. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. I felt welcomed. The staff at the pool are attentive and clean towels are removed quickly, which I appreciated.
