The location provided easy access, especially with the readily available shuttle buses. They ran quite frequently. the room i had was adequate, and i found the ac system to be very effective. check-in and check-out were impressively quick. The staff handled everything efficiently.
The phone in my room wasn't working. It was a minor inconvenience.

the bus service ran constantly to the Masjid Al Haram. it dropped me off close to the gate. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was also spacious.
the bathroom door handle was broken. i think they ignored the problem. i called the reception for towels twice, i had to get them the next day. the carpet had many stains.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They readily assisted with my early check-in request and allowed for a late checkout. The housekeeping service maintained the room in excellent condition. The hotel's bus service to the Haram was timely and convenient. I found this service particularly useful for prayer times.
The water pressure in the shower was occasionally low.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop. Buses go to Masjidil Haram approximately every five minutes. I timed the journey. It took only one minute and thirty seconds to arrive at Masjidil Haram!!!
