The shuttle bus ran on a regular schedule. This made it easy to get to the religious site. The room service was prompt. A staff member, Aqib, was helpful with my requests.

The breakfast options, are basic. The egg omelet, was not what I was expecting from a hotel with French influences. The cups in the room were plastic. I think glasses are more suited.

the cleanliness was not up to par. i found some stains on the carpet in my room. there were also hairs on the bedding. the bathroom needed better cleaning, it just seemed like the standards were not met.

Excellent Stay Experience

The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus service to Masjid al Haram. Taxis were readily available in front of the hotel at any time (a great convenience). I found the staff at reception to have excellent attitudes and to be very cooperative. I also appreciated being able to check in at any time.

Unfortunately, the hotel's parking was insufficient for every guest, even though they have parking in the building. This forced me to park outside.

The staff was helpful and friendly, providing assistance with directions and services. The front desk staff were always available and ready to assist guests with any inquiries or requests they had. Housekeeping maintained clean rooms.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the mosque. Taxis were readily available outside the premises, providing easy transportation to various locations. One restaurant near the hotel was a great dining option.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, including eggs, hash browns, fruits and salads. Brewed coffee and juices were also available. The food was generally satisfactory (especially the fresh fruit).
