The breakfast at the 29th floor restaurant had lebanese and saudi food, I appreciate that! The beds were comfortable, I slept well.
The service by staff was below par, though the check in counter was well. Housekeeping staff was countering the request of changing the pressing board. Laundry service was requested, but no one showed up or bothered to follow up if there was service requested.

a romantic escape
professional staffreally good viewbreakfast upgrade
the staff was professional and approached every interaction with a smile. our suite upgrade offered an really good view of the kaaba! seeing the haram from our room, it was like a dream.
The breakfast upgrade was a bit disappointing. It didn't quite match the high standards set by the rest of our experience. i felt that the regular breakfast offered more value for its quality.

the hotel is located right in front of haram! this provides immediate walking access to the holy site. we appreciated how easy it was to get around and focus on our pilgrimage.

this hotel gives amazing service. the concierge was so helpful, he provided a ford car for airport transportation at a reasonable price. it felt safer than a regular taxi. the bathroom was beautifully done. the room offered nice city light views from a high floor.
i experienced delays, especially during peak times. this needs fixing.
