Acceptable stay but with some issues
faulty thermostatinconsistent temperature
The room temperature was difficult to control. The thermostat seemed ineffective. I could only adjust the fan speed. I reported this issue initially and moved to a different room. the problem persisted was nice. A more consistent and reliable climate control system is necessary.

The location is excellent, providing convenient access to the Haram. Breakfast had great food quality and a wide variety. The buffet items were placed at a reasonable height, which i found convenient. The staff was very efficient in clearing tables.
I noticed slight decline in overall standards since my last visit. Room cleanliness and maintenance could improve!

The reception staff was helpful, completing check-in quickly. Bellman services were available and efficient, assisting with luggage. Guest relations staff considered our preferences like restaurant seating and accessible rooms and i appreciated it.

The room had comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, ensuring rest. The air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom was clean! A welcome drink of saudi coffee with dates was served in my room. The city view allowed me to see city lights.

I valued the pick-up location. It was smooth, without any delays. The security measures provided significant peace of mind. I appreciated how simple the access was from the hotel to the sacred mosque.
I found that some signage within the hotel could be improved for better navigation. Clearer directions to key areas would enhance the guest experience.

The Residential King Suite I booked had a direct Kaaba view, it was so nice. The suite included a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Daily housekeeping and room service kept our room in pristine condition. The hotel's location made it accessible for prayers. It took only 3-4 minutes to walk to the Haram.

The elevators are fast and adequate for moving up and down, even with the building's height, a huge convenience. The lobby features complimentary Arab coffee and dates, served 24 hours a day by friendly staff.

The breakfast at the 29th floor restaurant had lebanese and saudi food, I appreciate that! The beds were comfortable, I slept well.
The service by staff was below par, though the check in counter was well. Housekeeping staff was countering the request of changing the pressing board. Laundry service was requested, but no one showed up or bothered to follow up if there was service requested.

the staff was professional and approached every interaction with a smile. our suite upgrade offered an really good view of the kaaba! seeing the haram from our room, it reminded me of a dream.
The breakfast upgrade was a bit disappointing. It didn't quite match the high standards set by the rest of our experience. i felt that the regular breakfast offered more value for its quality.

this hotel gives amazing service. the concierge was so helpful, he provided a ford car for airport transportation at a reasonable price. it felt safer than a regular taxi. the bathroom was beautifully done. the room offered nice city light views from a high floor.
