i booked the hotel last minute, and i'm so glad i did. the staff was friendly and helpful. they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my friend's birthday, what a thoughtful touch. the location is perfect, a short walk to the city centre and surrounded by great cafés.

beware, some images of the room dont look like the room we stayed in. it was very dated & basic. shower was difficult to operate, it would be hard for anyone with manual dexterity issues.

the room was super clean, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable i've ever slept in. after a long day exploring, it WAS absolute HEAVEN. the tripple room was very spacious.

The room was neat, and the air conditioner worked well. Getting to the hotel from the main train station was easy. I also found that the temperature in the room was very comfortable. The location worked out well for my plans..

The bathroom felt a bit small in relation to the overall size of the room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially at check-in!). the location is great. It's close to the underground, several attractions. tons of restaurants and cafes. i loved the room size. It felt big and cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the wifi was fast.

the only small issue was the lack of a minibar in the room. it would have been nice to have a cold drink available without going to the reception area.
