mixed feelings about the stay
small window cramped room
the staff were friendly at arrival. they seem to know their jobs well.
the room was not what i expected. it felt very cramped and had a small window which didn't open. this. i find this very frustrating given the price.

comfy bed extensive wine amazing view good restoration
beds was super comfy. a extensive wine list exists. sea view room was amazing. building was restored very well.
i didn't request a quiet room. room was a disability room. it was my fault. decor was awful.

helpful staff salmon option sea front cramped bedroom poor ventilation awful view
the super nice team and friendly. breakfast was amazing, i especially liked the salmon option. the hotel was perfectly situated on the sea front, just a short walk from the center.
My bedroom was very cramped. the room was very warm with poor ventilation, even with the window open. i had an awful view of neighboring back yards. It overlooked room number 16.

totally rad stay!
clean room sea view convenient parking really good breakfast
the breakfast was excellent! i had such a great time. our room was looked super fresh, and the bay window gave us fine sea views. car parking right outside the hotel was super convenient.
the bathroom window needed the blind closed for privacy, because it faced a non-frosted window.

the staff were attentive and professional, they really looked after us! nothing was too much trouble for them, and the customer service was great, exceeding expectations.

the hotel has beautiful decor throughout, the beds were really comfortable, and the hotel vibe was peaceful and tranquil! everything felt very well-kept, and the central location facing the ocean was awesome.

wonderful stay!
convenient location amazing variety
the location was convenient offering easy access to nearby shops and restaurants it also provided a great starting point for scenic walks along the beach i found the breakfast included in my package particularly excellent the sheer variety and quantity of food were amazing. the staff was friendly and cute making my stay very pleasant
the air conditioning in my room did not work and it was quite loud i found it disappointing considering the price i paid i would have expected everything to be in perfect working order for a comfortable experience

the location provides easy access to many local restaurants and bars reaching them requires only a short walk many popular attractions like giants causeway are a short drive away from the building making it an excellent base for exploring.

i found the staff to be helpful especially the night porter who engaged in conversation offering useful local tips christian and tyler stood out for their attentive service they were knowledgeable about the hotel's food and drink options
