I was really surprised by the hotel. the double or twin room had a very lovely bathroom. I liked this a lot. the staff were so kind and professional. dinner in the restaurant was also excellent.
Paying extra to check in a few hours early was frustrating. It would be better if early check-in was more flexible.

cold showerpayment process
I was disappointed by a few things . the shower never got warm enough for my liking. also, the sink plug didn't work. It made shaving difficult. my wife ordered a rare steak, but it arrived well done, a real letdown! finally, the payment process was confusing. They took out £229 and then another £179 for just one night, the £229 was a holding deposit, though no one mentioned it, i should get it back in a week apparently. this system feels wrong.
