the room included lots of space it was very clean too the bed provided excellent rest after my long drive staff at reception were friendly and helpful they created a cute atmosphere the bar menu on sunday evening had creative choices the chef prepared it excellently i appreciated it greatly
the room booked was superior but was not the best the room had damp patches on the ceiling and was basic the meal was average i ordered lamb it was not great i was told about an extra charge after ordering

the breakfast buffet included great hot choices. the staff were friendly and helpful during breakfast and our entire stay. the food at the bar was tasty. we also saved time since we did not have to find somewhere to eat in the evening.
the wardrobe space in the room was a bit small. i had some difficulty fitting all my clothes. this was not a major issue though.

The room i booked. A standard double room. Wasn't great. there were stains on the carpet! and the bathroom reminded me of it was designed for a hospital. also, the complimentary water bottle wasn't sealed. So who knows how long it had been sitting there. there was no mattress protector either, just a sheet!?!

the staff seemed friendly enough and were happy to help.
Dinner was not great. i ordered chicken curry and it was watery. the chicken seemed like the cheapest kind. the poppadoms were stale and soggy. I would not go back even if offered a free meal.

I found the staff to be pleasant. Each person was genuinely helpful. The food was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated the on-site parking, as it made logistics easier for me. The location provided convenient access to the town center.
The room I stayed in became warm, and the traffic noise from the road was quite audible. It would be beneficial if the rooms had better sound insulation. I also believe better temperature regulation would be a plus.
