the breakfast was acceptable. a fresh smoothie changed daily, which i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
I had an issue with housekeeping. they did not replace the body lotion. i informed the staff about this recurring issue, but it was disappointing i had to keep complaining for it to be addressed. This is unacceptable.

This place is very nice! i booked two swim-out rooms and they were totally worth it. Privacy and views are great. plus, i could easily walk to beaches, shops, and restaurants, super convenient. my husband rented a bike from the hotel's partner. He had zero issues. i felt safe and cared for the whole time. I totally recommend it.
the only small issue i had was that our terrace felt a little exposed. our neighbor could see our conversations.

The room had shelves and drawers for unpacking. It was a great size, indeed. access to a pool outside my terrace was lovely. There was also a fantastic ocean view. a relaxing shower and a comfortable bed made it even better.

The hotel boasts lovely amenities. The vibe resembles a spa with clean lines, colors, and a nice breeze. i must point out that the spa was really good. it was one of the best hotel spas i've visited. the pool area looks cute, too.

Breakfast offered excellent ingredients and great quality. It was varied and delicious. snacks tasted very good. dining on the fourth floor was special. This area provided lovely ocean views.

The hotel has a good location for exploring cape fermentor, alcúdia, and other points of interest. This makes it super convenient. the cala is beautiful, and the hotel's proximity adds to its appeal. i could park my car in a convenient, free public parking lot.

I stayed at this amazing place and it felt super clean. the views were perfect! i could not get enough of the location. It was perfection! i especially loved that everything felt new and fresh. it was very close to the beach. I walked there every day.
the lack of privacy was a bummer. i could easily overhear other guests' conversations near the terrace. it felt a bit like a design flaw, so i hope they look into that.

the staff proved super friendly and helpful. i had no problems! they were always available to assist with any requests or questions. the guest service was top notch.

The junior suite had an amazing balcony overlooking the sea! i enjoyed coffee in the morning and champagne in the evening. i really appreciated the large mirror. It was very useful. it added a special touch to my daily routine.

The breakfast was a letdown. The food quality needs improvement. the hotel lacked a certain vibrancy, and the staff looked unhappy. this affected the overall experience, and i expect better for the price.

the hotel offers a rooftop pool with very nice views. breakfast included fresh orange juice, i really appreciated it. the spa area features three pools at different temperatures and two saunas.
