decent stay with issues
twin beds
the double bed request went unfulfilled, and i received two twin beds pushed together. the pool furniture needs replacement. the food quality was less than previous visits.

amazing stay in mallorca
friendly stafffine viewsheated pool
the staff showed care . i liked swimming in the sea each morning. staff were friendly always. i appreciated the views from my room a lot.
the outdoor pool was not heated. the indoor spa pool became crowded with adults and children. this made swimming or spa relaxation tough.

my junior suite had extra room with a couch. the room was very nice and clean. the view from the room was good overlooking the sea.

the hotel had modern facilities. i found easy access to the beach from here. i used the outdoor pool and the spa too. the spa included a massage session and the gym.

the breakfast was excellent with a great buffet. the restaurant staff went beyond expectations. rafael at reception was very nice. nuno also provided great attention .

the location was excellent pure PARADISE. the cala was secluded giving it a great feel. it was great to hop in the water easily. the hotel was always right there.

the staff was helpful. my room had a sea view. the location is near the beach (i could walk there in minutes). breakfast included a good variety of food.
