the staffs were helpful with directions and local tips. breakfast was diverse with quality choices. my room had a good design for space optimization. i found the location convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is near the pyramides metro stop. That is a short walk. major attractions are easy to reach from there. the area feels busy, yet it becomes quiet during night.

the location suited me perfectly.
My room felt quite cramped. It was difficult to maneuver with luggage. also, the in-room safe wasn't working, a bit inconvenient given i wanted to secure my valuables. additionally, the soundproofing seemed subpar, i heard street noise at all hours.

a haven of charm and comfort

The location was superb near the louvre. the room offered a decent size with a nice bath with a soaking tub, just perfect after a long day. the interior was very well appointed and created a romantic atmosphere. Even the closet was so convenient. i enjoyed the breakfast that was varied and plentiful.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes. i had to wait a little longer than expected during peak hours. It wasn't a major issue though.

not quite the experience i hoped for
faulty safeimpersonal checkout
the lack of clear communication upon arrival was a bit jarring i booked a six-day stay and discovered discrepancies in the amenities i expected the promised bath amenities did not fully materialize also, the in-room safe malfunctioned repeatedly it required multiple calls to the front desk the check-out process felt rushed and impersonal this left me slightly disappointed with the overall experience
