The staff was very helpful! they drove us to the airport before our scheduled check-out. they even made us sandwiches. This was very thoughtful of them. they verified our departure terminal to ensure a smooth trip. i appreciated the airport transportation and thoughtfulness, helpful staff, convenient sandwiches.

the staff demonstrated excellent service. hakan at reception showed grace. gamze also assisted effortlessly, i appreciated it. the rooms were spacious, really clean, and had a generous balcony.
the hotel IS located a bit outside the city, i needed a car.

i loved how clean my beautiful apartment was. the luxurious furniture. the customer service was beautiful, so attentive!
the spa didn't have a male therapist available. i was told the owner would do my massage, but he rushed through it. the location felt very far from most attractions and shops. i definitely needed a car.
