uneven stay, some issues noticed
shower mold carpet dirt
the shower wasn't great. there was mold everywhere i looked, it made me not wanna shower. plus, the toilet smelled like pee, seriously needs chlorine. i think they need to use something different than carpet, you can see the dirt easy.

helpful staff suite upgrade ineffective cooling minibar refrigerator
The staff was helpful, upgrading me to a suite upon arrival.
The minibar refrigerator in the suite did not cool items effectively (I could not keep personal drinks cold).

excellent stay
large gym continental options calming view
i found the gym very large with good equipment. breakfast had many continental options and it was great. i appreciated the generous upgrade to a duplex (the windows offered a calming view). the staff extended my stay without hesitation.
the mini bar refrigerator was not very cold.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. there was also a cook to order station available (i noticed many guests waiting). drinks were in small glasses.

temperature regulation inconsistent temperature
the room was of acceptable size. it had amenities that were functional.
the temperature regulation in my room was faulty. despite my attempts, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent climate. achieving a comfortable temperature proved difficult, resulting in some discomfort.

excellent hotel stay
duplex room calming view
The hotel upgraded me to a duplex room with large windows. this provided a calming view. the team extended my stay and allowed a late checkout. this made a huge difference. breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. i enjoyed the spa facilities. They provided relaxation.
the automatic blinds got stuck. i had to manually drag them to close them. the bathroom upstairs had a bad smell. the overhead shower did not have water coming through properly.

the staff at reception immediately answered and solved all requests. selma lankın was very kind. she was very attentive to us and our needs. the room service restaurant delivered great meals.

the room was the same as the pictures, fine
The shower had mold. That was disgusting. something stuck to the window also had fungus. i'm trying to get my money back but it's been days
