dirty toilet exposed screws
the location was acceptable, placing me within reasonable walking distance of sultanahmet attractions.
The room had a strong smell of drains. the toilet was visibly dirty, displaying brown spots that housekeeping did not address despite my repeated requests. Screws were exposed in the bed frame.

The staff was helpful . They arranged seamless transfers. The hotel location provides easy access to key sights. I walked less than ten minutes to reach several historic landmarks.
The corridor could sometimes be noisy as sound carried easily.

friendly staff convenient location garden view worn furniture broken window outside noise
the staff are friendly. the location is close to many attractions. breakfast had a beautiful garden view, i liked it.
the furniture felt heavily worn. a window was broken, so i couldn't close it properly. i could hear a lot of noise from inside and outside, it disrupted my rest.

the hotel's location was acceptable as it was close to tourist attractions
i was frustrated because the room was small with street noise until late plus the ensuite clearly needed refurbishment i will not return because of this room

Wonderful stay in a historic building
excellent location good breakfast friendly staff
I enjoyed the excellent location. It was close to major attractions and public transport. Breakfast had lots of choice. I liked the restaurant area (especially the garden view). The staff was very friendly and accommodating .
The hotel picture is a little misleading. It is located on a dingy backstreet. I found this aspect slightly disappointing.
