convenient location check-in sangria ample space
I appreciated the hotel's location. It was convenient. the staff provided sangria upon check-in. It was a nice touch. the room included plenty of space for suitcases, which helped keep things organized!
The bathroom door closed on its own. It was slightly inconvenient.

ample room stylish decor attentive staff thoughtful addition
The room was spacious , offering AMPLE room to relax. I found the decor interesting and stylish, which contributed to a unique atmosphere. The staff proved friendly, promptly addressing my requests. I especially appreciate the presence of books within the room, a thoughtful addition.
I did notice that the elevator was somewhat small, accommodating only a single person with luggage comfortably.

the location is great. there are some diners and places to eat at each end of the street. union square is a short walk for shopping. cable cars and buses are nearby too.
the hotel could use a few more amenities like a refrigerator.

central location helpful staff quick response dark room dirty windows musty smell
the location was central. i found it was a short walk to union square. the staff were also very helpful. they responded quickly to my requests.
the room was dark. i also noticed the windows were quite dirty. the carpets were not very clean. the room had a musty smell.

cool vibe comfy bed
The location is super central, near many restaurants. The bar had a really cool vibe! I enjoyed talking with the bartender who was very nice and personable. The bed was comfy.

charming stay, great location!
good size cozy interior friendly staff
My room was a really good size, a beautiful queen room. the hotel was very well situated, super cozy inside and close to many diners. the staff were friendly and helpful. Such a plus! we also used the complementary bikes, a great asset provided by the hotel.
The decor was a bit quirky. the lighting was dark in color, still it didn't bother me too much. one time, there was a strong marijuana odor throughout the night. Made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep.

The hotel has direct access to a coffee shop. Very convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast. there are also some great diners and places to eat located at each end of the street. the bar serves tasty cocktails!

The staff offered welcome sangria on arrival. they were all friendly and courteous throughout my stay. i really appreciated the receptionist's help with providing extra tea bags. So kind!

The location is great. It's near shopping and cable cars. buses are also nearby. walgreens and a 7/11 are just across the road for any immediate needs. Super handy!
