Really good Stay, Can't Wait to Return!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nathan. The restaurant offered fabulous food. The swimming pool was also lovely and warm for a relaxing swim. I really appreciated the quick and efficient service and the high quality of the meals. The room was great, super clean, and offered a beautiful view. The food tasted good.
I found that the room was quite dark. I had to keep the blind closed for privacy. The window faced a work area, somewhat noisy.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the north of the Lake District. The hotel offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Spacious parking is available for all guests, a real plus.

The breakfast was good, with set items available from a menu. Dinner was cooked according to my specifications. The breakfast needs to be pre-ordered with one item per person. I really loved afternoon tea.

The pool hours were quite limited. I couldn't use it when I wanted. It felt more like a public pool than a hotel amenity, honestly. The room service menu was also shockingly small. I expected more variety. Finding a good meal outside the hotel proved challenging, so I was stuck with limited options .

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious. It. The grounds were well-kept for dog walking. Breakfast offered many options.
I found some dog hairs in the dining area. I alerted a staff member. They mentioned they were dog friendly, but they did not clean it.

i found time allocations to use the pool limited i would not really class this place as a spa hotel it felt misleading the facilities were not great there were restrictions on having to let them know exactly what time you would be having breakfast even though they serve it 8-10am
