a dreamy escape

The team, especially katie, mona and kavetha, were really good, offering help with restaurant bookings. their cheerful nature really stood out. the location worked so well. Public transport was easily accessible. i found it very convenient to walk to restaurants.

the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and disturbed sleep, so i turned it off for two nights.

the room had two separate areas, one for the shower and one for the toilet, this added convenience. i found the mattress really comfortable and the provided tea, coffee, and filtered water were a lovely touch. the rooftop pool was beautiful.

the rooftop terrace was amazing and offered nice views, i easily spent hours there relaxing. the hotel is located close to the metro and various landmarks, allowing convenient access to the city. i loved the rooftop pool and views.

The hotel is close to food options. It is also near shops and transport. Purvis Street is a one minute walk away. Raffles City is a 5-10 minute walk.

Breakfast had minimal options and only machine coffee was available.

an unremarkable stay, some issues noticed

loud air conditioninginsect infestation

my stay experienced some problems. the air conditioning unit was very loud and it was difficult to sleep. i found many small insects on the nightstand one morning, they were near a packaged cookie i had opened. the hotel charging for a missed night after a flight cancellation seemed unreasonable. i expected some courtesy given the circumstances, but received none.
