The hotel lobby was magnificent. It featured an elegant bar. my room was spacious and sumptuous with a floor-to-ceiling mirror and hidden tv screen. the bed was super-comfortable with high-quality bedding. the bathroom was also fabulous.
the receptionist promised notification once the room became available, but she never called and gave away my room.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay! i really appreciated their responsiveness to requests and ensuring every detail met my expectations.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the modern fixtures. the television had many hd channels! i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a very thoughtful touch.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices, including juices, prosecco, eggs, and breakfast meats. i also saw deli meats, cheeses, and a smoked salmon station. pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, breads, pastries, and even a chocolate fountain were available!

i was pleased to find a cute hotel. the service was great. the employees had friendly attitude. i could feel they were well trained.
the hotel is very large so everything is very busy. the pool area is loud. it was always full and inaccessible. the prices in the restaurant and bar are excessive compared to the city.
