The breakfast was an really good experience. The music during breakfast was my favorite part.
The attention to the client was lacking. The staff did not seem communicative. The restaurant staff left tables covered in dirty dishes, and I was given my dirty knife and fork back to reuse for fruit. The whole restaurant setup is a shambles.

The staff was always available. They offered assistance with directions and recommendations. Breakfast included a varied selection. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The wine and cheese served in the evenings was a NICE touch. I enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard.
My room did not have a particularly good view from the window.

The hotel offered complimentary wine and cheese each afternoon in the cellar I appreciated this special touch very much. Live piano music accompanied breakfast adding a lovely atmosphere each morning. My room included a minibar stocked with water I found that quite convenient. Staff members were always available at reception giving helpful advice about local attractions.
The room size was smaller than I expected however it included everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of a vibrant district, providing easy access to many attractions. Trams and metro lines are nearby offering convenient transportation. Walking to various downtown sites is quite easy from this location.
