punctual shuttle comfortable bed cold sauna unresolved problem
The airport shuttle was punctual. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. My Meliá Room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.
The sauna was not hot enough. It was only 60 degrees Celsius.

the location was very convenient it was a short walk from the airport. the staff was friendly and helpful at check in. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service free of charge.
the front desk did not provide much help with a private tour i had booked. i spent a lot of time trying to get information about the tour guide.

acceptable stay near the airport
nice receptionist late arrival surprise good breakfast small shuttle van unfriendly front desk unexpected uber
i found the receptionist to be very nice. i arrived after a late flight around 1:30am and a little surprise awaited me in the room. there were little cookies, a bottle of water and some port. breakfast in the morning was also good and provided a decent start to the day.
the shuttle van was quite small. on the morning i returned to the airport, the weather was very bad, and it couldn't carry many people. i had to pay for an uber to return to the airport, unexpected. the front desk staff seemed not particularly friendly that morning.

frequent shuttle full breakfast early flight
The hotel offers a frequent airport shuttle. I found it useful because I had heavy luggage. The hotel also provides a full breakfast starting very early at 4 AM. This was helpful as I had an early flight.
The bathroom door did not fully seal, offering limited privacy.
