I found the staff helpful. They provided information about wines and let us sample before choosing. The gym is spacious and well equipped. I used the swimming pool. It was clean. Proximity to the airport is good and the free shuttle to the city center operated hourly.

The pillows were too firm for my liking, but everything else was lovely.
