acceptable locationuncomfortable bedreception odor
the location was acceptable, close to some shops.
I must express my disappointment with the room. The bed offered little comfort. the pillows were undersized. also, an unpleasant smell emanated from the reception area.

The sofa bed was noticeably uncomfortable. My daughter played on the floor. Dust and dirt were immediately apparent. Breakfast had an issue. The eggs and sausages were consistently cold on both mornings. Noise from the street was also a problem.

i am very grateful for the upgrade to a larger apartment at no extra cost, because it was available. the staff proved helpful and the apartment was prepared almost instantly after my late reservation. this place had a nice, clean feel. its position in the city is very beneficial. i appreciate the quick check in process.
the reception had a bad smell, this was unexpected and quite off-putting after a long day.

the hotel offers easy access to main sights with the metro nearby, this includes a botanical garden, a short walk away, for something more local. bars, supermarkets, and eateries are located just around the corner for convenience. it's very easy to do groceries nearby.

the rooms were cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and a consistently tidy environment. our suite included a kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a tv, and a balcony. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped.

Breakfast includes a wide choice of cereals, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, and hot dishes. the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was a little bit, but it was enough, i specially liked the bread and pastries. the coffee machine provides very delicious coffee.
