fresh orange juice freshly made coffee uncomfortable bed small safe
i found the food to be really good and reasonably priced i especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice during breakfast the breakfast and coffee were great everything seemed freshly made
the bed was not very comfy and the air-conditioning was not very strong i also had to pay a deposit for the key to the safe which i specifically asked for after check-in the safe was also quite small it was not electronically locking either

thoughtful extras convenient bar good location
the hotel included thoughtful extras. i found sun lotions, beach accessories and towels available. the late bar was convenient with tasty food. i especially appreciated the location close to the port and bay.
the room cleaning only happened every two days. sometimes i found missing items. it wasn't exactly thorough.

room type broken air conditioning
The location was acceptable because it was close to amenities.
Staff told me they had overbooked and could not accommodate the room type I booked. The air conditioning in the Double Room did not work, and no one came to check it.
