all the staff were helpful to me. they finded an alternate room for my elderly mother. she struggle with the stairs. food was good, and the rooms was clean. beds were comfy to sleep in and shower was good. breakfast included fresh fruit salad.

i regularly choose this hotel for visits. the quick check-in and check-out processes were efficient. my room was kinda warm. i enjoyed a wonderful cooked breakfast with green tea accompanied by a danish pastry. the hallways and public areas showed excellent upkeep.
The walk from the train station proved somewhat lengthy. For future visits, i'll likely opt for a taxi to shorten the journey

The location is very convenient. Parking was ample upon arrival at 2 PM. The staff were pleasant, and the food was good. I found my room pleasant as well.
The changing rooms at the pool needed more attention. I could not get cold drinking water from the bathroom sink. The water temperature was warm only.

The staff were kind .
The room I was assigned lacked curtains , so light entered early in the morning. I had to request an additional blanket because the provided duvet felt too light for the season. The pillows offered inadequate support. One felt overly firm and full, while the other was too soft and flat.
