Comfortable Caravan Experience
new features private bedroom peaceful place
The caravan included new features which was lovely. My children loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The place was peaceful. I felt relaxed. The kitchen included all necessary utensils for meal preparation, very useful.
Upon arrival, there was no transportation available to get to my accommodation. I found the layout a little confusing with no one available to guide me through it. This caused some inconvenience with my luggage.

I noticed food was available at the clubhouse at certain hours. I did not test the menu. I do know the service hours were limited. More extensive dining hours are needed.

The staff I encountered was happy and helpful with guests. They seemed happy in their roles , made for a positive atmosphere. I observed quick responses to inquiries.

The location was great with easy access to local attractions. A lovely beach was situated nearby for nice coastal walks. I saw the town center a short drive away.

Underwhelming Comfort Caravan
cramped caravan misleading description
The location suited my needs for exploring the area, it worked.
The Comfort Caravan I booked felt cramped. The website promised space, I found little. Guest services insisted all caravans were the same size, clearly not true considering the other caravans on the site. They should fix that nonsense.

necessary amenities convenient access surrounding fields
The caravan had all the necessary amenities for self-catering. a small washing up liquid was there. It helped upon arrival. the caravan had a great view of surrounding fields from the decking. the location offers convenient access to newquay and places like padstow.
the caravan could have benefited from more color in its decor.

the caravan was delightfully clean. the residence was commodious. the caravan had everything needed for a holiday (i was grateful for that!).
the phone signal was nonexistent in the caravan.

well equipped kitchen cleanliness comfortable single bed no wifi poor phone signal cold swimming pool
the kitchen was well equipped. cleanliness was also very good. the single bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. good quality bedding was supplied.
i noticed there was no wifi available within the caravan area. phone signals were also not great. the swimming pool was quite cold.

The location was handy with easy access to the beach. I was grateful for the venue, onsite. The swimming pool was ideal for children.
The duvet cover had a stain that looked to be dried blood.
