poor serviceearly closing
The pool bar disappointed me. Service seemed focused on telling guests what to do, not serving them. The pool bar closes at 5.00pm. I find this unacceptable when the best part of the day starts then.

stocked minibarcooked egg
the included minibar was restocked daily with beers, coke, and water. the breakfast buffet offered excellent yogurt, fruit, and eggs cooked to order.
The air conditioning was fixed at a minimum of 20c. This setting was not adjustable.

the hotel is centrally located. it made it easy to get to restaurants. the staff were helpful and nice. the pools had very nice views.
our shower wouldn't drain the first night. maintenance was already gone. we had a leak from the ceiling the second day. there were also no blackout curtains.
