complimentary mini barfriendly stafftemperature control
i loved the complimentary mini bar stocked with water and soda! the staff at reception, the restaurants, and by the pool were so friendly. they were really cute and always helpful. the location made it easy to get to restaurants and shops!
the air conditioning wouldn't go below 20c. i think the hotel said that this was the minimum temperature by law in spain! that turned out to be not true.

i enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the first floor. it presented very good choices and efficient staff. the view overlooking the beach added to the experience. the gym and spa were well equipped offering space to unwind.
the air conditioning system was not adjustable below 20c, a very slight inconvenience.

I enjoyed the room upgrade. The sea view terrace was awesome. the views are fine. i found the service excellent, and the hotel amenities met my needs well.
guests going to the airport need to allow extra time as taxis are often late. the hotel should emphasize this!

The pool bar disappointed me. Service seemed focused on telling guests what to do, not serving them. The pool bar closes at 5.00pm. I find this unacceptable when the best part of the day starts then.

the included minibar was restocked daily with beers, coke, and water. the breakfast buffet offered excellent yogurt, fruit, and eggs cooked to order.
The air conditioning was fixed at a minimum of 20c. This setting was not adjustable.

the hotel is centrally located. it made it easy to get to restaurants. the staff were helpful and nice. the pools had very nice views.
our shower wouldn't drain the first night. maintenance was already gone. we had a leak from the ceiling the second day. there were also no blackout curtains.
