the breakfast offered many food options which i found adequate
i booked a room expecting a cot to be available as i had reserved months beforehand however upon arrival there was none a major issue as anyone with a baby knows it affects sleep comfort and overall trip quality the staff were polite but the issue was not solved until the second night

the front desk staff was helpful. the location offered easy access to a tram stop. my room was quiet, i liked it. the breakfast had variety.
The rainfall shower looked good. The water pressure was low. i could not use it. it was too expensive.

The room featured a comfortable bed. there were clean towels and staff changed them regularly. housekeeping provided fresh coffee and tea, but only on request. I didn't mind that.

breakfast included a large variety of options. they replenished items quickly. coffee machines were available after breakfast. the hotel has a lobby and garden, though i did not use them. the inner garden is beautiful.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk to central station. it is a 15-minute walk from olympic park. I liked that. a tram stop is very close. lidl is just across the street.

The inner garden provided a tranquil space. you can park in the garage under the hotel for a fee. i found the inner garden really beautiful, though i did not use it. It looks nice from the room.
