excellent location and friendly staff
spacious room reasonable prices tasty food
the room was spacious and clean. the bed and bathroom facilities were excellent. bar and room service prices were reasonable. the food was tasty too (i especially liked the club sandwich!).

The hotel location was convenient. I found it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff was friendly. I was also impressed with the room. The room was spacious and well-kept.
The breakfast options were limited. I expected a wider variety of choices. The gym equipment was not up to date. Several machines were out of service. It was disruptive.

Wonderful Stay Near the Port
bag transport early check-in port view
The hotel is very close to where our cruise docked. An attendant transported our bags from the ship. I got a room early at 10 am. The room was large and included a nice balcony overlooking the port.
There was often only one person at reception during check-in. This caused long wait times. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Towels were not always replaced.

A Stay with Some Minor Issues
convenient location spacious room peeling paint poor soundproofing
The hotel's location proved very convenient. It sits near the cruise port making access simple. The room was quite spacious and offered a nice balcony. This space was a plus for enjoying the surroundings.
I noticed the room showed some wear. There was peeling paint on the walls. Also the stopper in one of the sinks was broken. These small details detracted slightly from the overall experience. I also found the soundproofing to be poor. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite audible which was disruptive.
