The staff was really friendly! breakfast was excellent with a good choice. the rooms were a reasonable size with a massive comfy bed. It was very much needed after walking up so many hills.
The key to the room had a massive keyring. It made it awkward to open the door.

This hotel provided a lovely neighborhood experience. the staff were friendly and professional. They always had a smile. breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. it started the day well. when i did not feel like walking, getting a car service was easy.
the rooms felt a little dated. the plug points seemed loose from the socket. i noticed dim lighting in the bathroom. it was a little annoying

the staff offered efficient order taking. they were helpful plus very cute. they were very efficient in getting our order and getting the food out in a timely manner. i found this quite amazing.

breakfast offered a good start to the day. i always found it fresh. the staff kept the area tidy. there were options for everyone. breakfast included hot items as well as fresh fruit.

a short walk led to nightlife. it also led to restaurants, a botanical garden plus local shops. access to transportation was easy. the hotel location made exploring the city very convenient. i could easily reach various attractions.
