Quiet Comfort in Central Location
central location friendly staff breakfast variety comfortable bed
The location was great for exploring. I appreciated the proximity to nice parks and restaurants (it was easy to find great food). The staff were genuinely friendly and professional, and I found check-in to be smooth. The breakfast had a good variety of options. There was something for everyone. The room itself was comfortable, and the bed was pretty good for a restful sleep.
I found a bit of traffic noise noticeable at times from my room. I might request a room away from the street next time.

worn furniture street noise
the breakfast was good (especially the fresh pastries).
the room felt dated and not very clean. i found several hairs in the bathroom, and the furniture showed significant wear and tear. the noise from the street was noticeable at night, disrupting my sleep.

The front desk staff offered very helpful tourist guidance. Breakfast included many choices, cooked to order. Egg tarts were available. They were better than those from a bakery downtown. The hotel is a short walk from restaurants and shops.
The room key had a large keyring. It made opening the door awkward.

The breakfast service was friendly. They remembered drink orders. Fresh orange juice was available each morning. Many warm items could be ordered directly. They arrived quickly.

friendly staff good choice massive bed
The staff was really friendly! breakfast was excellent with a good choice. the rooms were a reasonable size with a massive comfy bed. It was very much needed after walking up so many hills.
The key to the room had a massive keyring. It made it awkward to open the door.

friendly staff fresh breakfast easy car service
This hotel provided a lovely neighborhood experience. the staff were friendly and professional. They always had a smile. breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. it started the day well. when i did not feel like walking, getting a car service was easy.
the rooms felt a little dated. the plug points seemed loose from the socket. i noticed dim lighting in the bathroom. it was a little annoying

a short walk led to nightlife. it also led to restaurants, a botanical garden plus local shops. access to transportation was easy. the hotel location made exploring the city very convenient. i could easily reach various attractions.
