The breakfast had a great variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was excellent I secured underground parking it was quite secure.
The room was dark it had a view of a wall. The bathroom was small the hotel is certainly not worth four stars. The WiFi was slow it was unreliable for working.

the hotel staff were friendly.. reception staff had good english. the evening menu in the restaurant was excellent value, with a selection of starters, mains, and desserts plus bread and a drink for 18.50 euros. the food was very good both times we ate there. rooms were comfortable and quiet. i parked my car in secure underground parking for my entire stay.
i rented a one bedroom suite with a sitting area. the upholstered furniture in the sitting area needed cleaning. the air conditioner worked well in the sitting area but not in the bedroom. i found that housekeeping was inconsistent .

I found the upholstered furniture in my suite needed a good cleaning. I put a blanket on the loveseat before I could sit. The air conditioner worked well in the sitting area. It did not work in the bedroom. One day, housekeeping partially cleaned the room. They did not finish it. I found the toilet area floor sticky upon arrival. It was never cleaned. This was frustrating.

the room was spacious and very clean. i found the beds comfortable and slept well. breakfast had a good variety of fruits and warm food.
The hot water for tea wasn't readily available. I had to heat cold water in a microwave. wifi had blackspots and didn't work well in my room. the room faced a wall and felt dark.
