The staff at the restaurant was really good. Loec were great with assistance, a lovely person. The hotel was very clean. The pool was quite nice. I found the location very favorable.
The garage for parking incurred an extra fee.

damaged glassuntidy tables
the air conditioning in our room didn't work properly. the bathroom door wouldn't close and the glass was damaged (i'm really picky about these details). the tables in the sky bar didn't look tidy because staff didn't clear glasses from previous guests quickly. i honestly expected more customer focus for this expensive hotel.

I received a stylish room upgrade and appreciated the fittings. The staff members were very helpful and efficient . The hotel is located a short walk from the city center. I found the value for money to be very good overall.
The pool is not directly adjacent to the lake. A road runs between the hotel and the waterfront, causing some noise.

The hotel is located near the lake it is easy to walk there. The room included complimentary water it was a nice touch.
The bathroom was small i found it a bit cramped. The room felt somewhat dated it could use some updates.
