Wonderful Stay at this Gem
indoor pool outdoor pool comfy bed accommodating staff
The hotel offered both indoor and outdoor pools. I used the sauna and spa. They were really good. My room had a comfy bed. The hotel staff accommodated my needs very well.
It was slightly disruptive early in the morning.

The staff spoke excellent English. The concierge was helpful. I found the team members attentive to detail. Their warm hospitality enhanced the stay!

Wonderful Hotel Experience
comfortable loungers wide variety modern treadmills helpful concierge
The indoor pool area offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers and plenty of natural light. I found the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The fitness center had several modern treadmills and stationary bikes! I noticed the concierge team was very helpful with directions.
I experienced a minor inconvenience with the in-room Wi-Fi, it was occasionally slow.

The staff responded quickly to requests! They promptly delivered extra towels and pillows to my room. The team provided helpful information about local attractions and transportation options. I found their assistance very valuable.

Satisfactory Stay with Some Issues
great breakfast central location
The breakfast was fantastic. There was lots of choice and the food tasted great. The hotel has a great location near the lake. This made it easy to go for walks.
I had some problems with the room. The air conditioning did not work well so the room was hot. The noise disturbed my sleep.
