really good stay close to everything
I appreciated the closeness to a bus stop. Bus 12 took me directly to big ben. using the bus proved easier and cheaper than the packed metro. the receptionist facilitated an early check-in. the housekeeper did a wonderful job maintaining a very clean room.

the staff provided assistance with early check-in. housekeeping services ensured that the room was meticulously clean throughout my visit, a plus. the reception desk was consistently staffed and responsive.

my single room included a functional desk and adequate space for luggage. the room featured blackout curtains, promoting restful sleep. the provision of an iron and ironing board allowed me to maintain presentable attire.

good location fast food restaurant high temperature squeaking gate
The hotel location is very good, near supermarkets. I also appreciated that it was close to fast-food restaurants (mcdonald's, subways, gdk, kfc).
My room was hot. I could only sleep with the window open (i visited in october). The gate to the police station squeaked, and it was impossible to sleep.

useful location nearby bus friendly staff small room missing amenity hallway noise
the location proved quite useful (i was really surprised). bus stops are nearby. a short bus ride took me to many places i wanted to visit. the staff was very friendly, so i felt welcome.
the room was quite small. the bathroom lacked a few amenities i expected. i could hear noise from the hallway at times. the sound insulation wasn't great.

good shower front door
the room included a good shower. the bus stop is very close, it is almost in front of the door though it can get a bit noisy.
the staircase was very dirty and not very appealing.
