weak wi-fi limited tv apps
Those stairs nearly did me in I must say I was not thrilled to haul my suitcase up there. Then, the promised Wi-Fi turned out to be a cruel joke I could barely load a webpage. And the grand finale? The TV. It was supposed to be a smart TV but lacked most of the apps. I mean what is the point really?

modern room good shower ideal location early closure disappointing experience limited access
The room was chic and modern. The shower was good, I really liked it. The location was ideal, as I travelled into Liverpool Street.
The bar closed early, disappointing. I booked here so I could experience a pub environment. We arrived at 8 pm, took our bags up, and the bar was closed by 9 pm.

Wonderful Boutique Experience
excellent location spacious room complimentary snacks friendly staff
I found the location excellent near Liverpool Street Station. My room was spacious and comfortable for my needs. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They easily stored my luggage until departure.
The lack of an elevator did make navigating with luggage a slight challenge. The stairs are indeed rather steep.

great lighting separate toilet comfortable bed free beverages
The room had GREAT lighting options. A separate toilet and bathroom was convenient. The bed was comfortable and large. The pantry included biscuits, tea, coffee, and water and i found it a pleasant touch.
The bar was quite noisy, less trendy than the photos. The noise was a little distracting.
